What to expect: We take pride in being one of the first in the triangle to recognize and treat mold as legitimate building concern. We also recognize that there are many firms out there that capitalize off of fear and lack of knowledge relating to mold within a residential setting. We will not use fear as a selling tactic. We strive to educate customers about the air quality issues relating to fungal growth, but more importantly the controllable factors that lead to that growth. Our service is unparalleled in the industry. |
It's your family's health at stake. And our reputation.
If you have a mold infestation or a biological contaminant like E. coli in your house, you have enough to worry about without having to hire and deal with a different contractor for every phase of diagnosis, containment, tear-down, clean-up, and restoration.
With Cary Reconstruction, you'll have no such concerns. Because of the serious nature of environmental concerns, our entire environmental team is in-house, with no sub-contractors involved in any phase of clean-up or restoration.
From the moment one of our five Certified Mold Remediators diagnoses the extent of the problem, to the time it takes us to contain, repair, and restore the affected area (including cleaning all duct work), you'll have a single project manager overseeing the entire job and answering any questions or concerns you may have. Once the job is done, we'll even obtain clearance by a third-party industrial hygienist for homeowners or insurance companies who request it, so you can be sure it was properly completed.
At Cary Reconstruction, we've built a 15-year reputation for quality and honesty with homeowners, insurance companies, and property managers. And you can be sure we'll do everything possible to maintain it by treating you right. |
The Environmental division of CRC was one of the first in the triangle to treat mold as a legitimate building and air quality concern.
Containment of contamination prior to remediation limits the spread of airborne fungal spores.
