After any water emergency, you need restoration professionals that can get to work before the mold spores and termites do. That's why we're set up the way we are: with drying equipment in the trucks ready for mobilization, a large crew of specialists and laborers on payroll, and project managers on call 24/7 to assess your situation and get the work started-right away if that's what it takes.

The first step is removing any standing water or sewage with truck-mounted extractors. From there, Cary Reconstruction will go to work attacking residual moisture with industrial fans, thermal exchange, hardwood drying mats, and trailer-mounted desiccant dehumidifiers. Removing moisture in walls is accomplished from the inside out: first by drilling holes in the baseboard, then forcing warm air behind walls to ensure that no moisture is trapped. Because of the potential for future problems like mold and termites that can arise from water damage, we use specialized moisture detection equipment throughout the process so we can keep track of progress and concentrate resources on any trouble spots.

At Cary Reconstruction, we also have experts in the art of restoring hardwood floors, along with cleaning and restoration specialists who remove, clean, and restore items-such as furniture, electronics, papers, and books-that can be salvaged. In fact, every single person involved on our water damage restoration team is our employee. We use no sub-contractors for this type of work.

Before you hire anyone to restore water-damaged areas in your home, you need to make sure they can say the same.

Emergency response vehicles stay loaded with necessary equipment and materials to minimize response time in emergency situations.
Our equipment is cleaned, inspected, and serviced after every project. Our four point inspection process ensures that our equipment is safe, clean, operable, and ready for deployment.
