What to expect: We look upon every job, no matter the size, as an opportunity to showcase our talents. We are proud of our work and the countless customers whom we have satisfied over the last two decades. |
|
Our business has grown by leaps and bounds, but our idea about the right way to run it hasn't changed one bit.
We've grown from 3 people to 85-plus. We've doubled our office space, almost quadrupled our climate-controlled storage, added millions in vehicles and specialized equipment, plus anything else that could make our customers' lives easier after a crisis. And of course, we've added remodeling and up-fitting to our list of services, not just because we're good at it, but because customers who experienced our work ethic during a crisis demanded we be there in better times, too.
Other than that, everything has stayed exactly the same. We still concentrate on our core business of helping homeowners, business owners, property managers, and realtors recover from crises like fire, flooding, or discovering mold or asbestos. We still believe that there's more business to be made by doing things right, even as we're always looking for ways to do things better.
And finally, perhaps the one thing that most distinguishes us from others who claim they're in the crisis recovery business: We believe response time should be measured in minutes, not days or weeks. It's called a crisis for a reason. You need someone with the employees on hand to get to you on a moment's notice, not after they can pull together the subcontractors and equipment required to get started.
That's our history. That's what we are today. And that's what makes us the best in the business. |
Our trucks and building may have changed over the years, but our customer-oriented business model has remained the same.
