At Cary Reconstruction, our standards for hiring are pretty simple. We're not going to send anyone to work in your home or business that we wouldn't want working in ours.
The vast majority of our workers are permanent employees, and because we believe in taking care of the people who take care of you, a great many have been with us over five years. Every one has undergone a five-year background check to make sure we know the quality of their character before they sign on. And while we do out-source a very small quantity of work, what we do goes only to individuals and groups who've proven themselves to us through their commitment to quality work, absolute integrity, and honest value.
We're also proud to help give back to our community through our internship program. Every summer, students from high schools and universities across the area come to work with us while they're out of school, gaining valuable character and working skills, along with in-depth knowledge into the crisis management business. Many have even returned to work with us on a permanent basis after their school careers were over.
At Cary Reconstruction, we put great stock in safety, and in that regard, every employee is required to attend a weekly safety meeting. We also offer weekly carpentry classes to help advance our workers' skills, and many of our employees are certified in their areas of expertise by various trade organizations, including the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, the benchmark of the industry, as well as NADCA, AmIAQ Council and EIA. |
