An organized, efficient response to crisis management.
You don't need more chaos after a crisis like fire or flooding. At Cary Reconstruction, our process is defined, systematic, and, most of all, calm.
Every repair job starts with two managers on site: an estimator and a project manager. While the estimator is assessing damage, the project manager's first priority is you-your safety, your immediate needs, helping you get a handle on what comes next, even providing a checklist of what you can do to help yourself.
Before presenting figures to your insurance company to help negotiate a fair settlement, the estimator will go over the scope of repairs with you to make sure all your concerns are addressed. Once the estimate is approved by you, your insurance company, and Cary Reconstruction, the project manager orders materials and schedules labor. During the rebuilding process, the project manager will be responsible for supervision and quality control, and will be your main point of contact for any questions you may have. You'll also be contacted regularly by one of our customer service representatives to make sure everything is being completed in a manner that meets or exceeds your expectations.
Remember, you're our customer. If you have concerns, so do we. Whether it's a question about an estimate, concerns with insurance company issues, or a concern about the way a job is being completed, we encourage you to come to us. We listen. We respond. And we make it right. |
